Service Description
Before your first lesson, we’ll connect for a short call to talk through your goals, experience, and schedule. This is where we’ll map out your lesson plan, answer questions, and make sure you have everything you need to get started.
Cancellation Policy
Intro Calls are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed once you select a time and receive a confirmation email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your spot. Missed calls or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to rebook. Because Connell’s schedule is in high demand, a waitlist is available when all current Intro Call slots are filled. We’ll contact you directly if an earlier time becomes available.
